Keys to becoming a great church techie

What are the keys to becoming a better church techie? What particular aims should we have in our minds?

Last year, Mike Sessler’s blog Church Tech Arts published what I thought was a brilliant series on this very subject.

Whether you’re an experienced or aspiring techie on sound or visuals, a musician, or a church leader, it is very well worth a read.

Here are his six ‘keys’, with a link to the post covering each one.

1. Situational Awareness

2. People Skills

3. Troubleshooting Skills

4. Musical Ability (or at least Passion!)

5. A Passion for Excellence

6. Technical Skill
